The apartment is located in the heart of Athens in Kypseli. In the coolest neighborhood of Greece and at No. 16 worldwide in 2019 based on Time Out. In the apartment 29 sq.m. 3rd floor with balcony and garden view, you will find the possibilities and quality of very good hotels. At 20 meters from the accommodation you can park your car while Public Transport is located 25 meters above the entrance of the building. We are at a distance of 4 km from the National Road in 33 minutes you are at Eleftherios Venizelos Airport via Attiki Odos or in 1 hour and 30 minutes by public transport. At a distance of only 4 km and cost 4-6 Euros by taxi are the Acropolis, Plaka and Syntagma Square, while at a distance of only 9 km is the Port of Piraeus.

The space

In our accommodation you will find a relatively minimalist decoration taken care of by myself.

 The last renovation took place in December 2018. There is a fast speed line, 32-inch flat screen smart tv, and hidden adjustable room lighting. We place special emphasis on quality sleep and really have a quality bed and mattress, while the bed linen and towels, as it will be taken from the first moment are of high quality, located in 5 star hotels!

We are an accommodation that will offer you generous cleaning, hot water, shampoo, slippers, toothbrushes, etc. Generally all the essentials you need to have a perfect night with the warmth and security of your home. Also in the kitchen that is only for you who will find what you want from the infrastructure to cook!

For breakfast, the basic ingredients are waiting for you for free to make a good move, such as two types of coffee, toast, butter and jam, whether you choose for work or for exploring the city! Of course if you celebrate special moments, after consultation and a small charge, we can meet your needs!
